The group members support one another in the design and delivery of projects, problem solving, sharing best practice and providing opportunity for individual development. The group is in regular contact through the internet, has monthly Skype conference calls and away-days every three months.

Recognised in their specialist fields, the group members have worked within the full spectrum of non-profit sector organisations; from small community groups to international charities, from campaigning to social care, education to local government, wildlife to trades unions.
